The SDI VK70 UHD high precision 50 m cable for digital applications it can carry serial data interface (SDI) and high-definition television (HDTV) formats according to SMPTE 259M (270Mbps), ITU-R BT.601 (composite PAL at 177Mbps), SMPTE 292M (1.5Gbps), SMPTE 424M (Prog. Scan. HDTV/3GSDI) and UHD-1/UHD-2 standards.
The SDI UHD cable is perfect for installations in environments with interference (power cables, transformers, electronic light controls e.g., dimmers or cell phones) due to the high penetration depth, low transfer impedance and minimal DC resistance of its three screens (polished AL/PET/AL tape, 95% tinned copper braid and AL/PET foil). These features increase the reflections and absorption of magnetic fields, providing more than 130 dB attenuation before high, medium and low frequency electromagnetic signals.
