Morel PowerSlim 6 Carbon Slim 6" Woofer 6 Ohm
With just over 1/2" of mounting depth, the PowerSlim 6 Carbon will fit where no other driver will. By using a unique 6" carbon fiber dome diaphragm, Morel has managed to move the voice coil and magnet towards the front of the driver creating a one of a kind woofer. Thanks to the dome diaphragm, this driver also has remarkable on and off axis response up to 4,000 Hz making this driver ideal for use in 2-way speaker designs.
The PowerSlim6 Carbon is also built to last. It features a die-cast aluminum chassis that is both lightweight and rigid, and it is protected by a dustcap and rubber surround. The subwoofer is also equipped with a Progressive Field Symmetry spider, which helps to improve its linearity and reduce distortion.
In terms of performance, the PowerSlim6 Carbon is capable of delivering up to 70 watts of RMS power and 140 watts of peak power. This makes it a good choice for a variety of applications, including car audio, home theater, and professional sound reinforcement.
